Indication: Eradication of H. pylori to reduce risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence
Dose: Oral Capsule/Tablet – Lansoprazole 30 mg, amoxicillin 1 g (2 x 500 mg capsules), and clarithromycin 500 mg
Frequency: twice daily (morning and evening)
Duration: 10 or 14 days
Note: Each dose of this combination therapy contains 4 pills: 1 capsule lansoprazole 30 mg, 2 capsules amoxicillin 500 mg, and 1 tablet clarithromycin 500 mg administered together by mouth.
