Duration: for 1 day
Note: Followed by 80 mg once daily for 4 days. Maximum dose: 480 mg for 5 days.

Duration: day 1
Note: followed by 1.6 mg/kg/day once daily for 4 days. Maximum dose: 9.6 mg/kg for 5 days.

Dose: Intramuscular Injection – 1.6 mg/kg
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 4 days
Note: following initial dose of 3.2 mg/kg body weight/day in 2 divided doses. Maximum dose: 9.6 mg/kg for 5 days.
