Dose: Modified-release formulation – 400 mg Frequency: three times daily Duration: normally for at least 8 weeks Note: May reduce to 400 mg twice daily if gastrointestinal or central nervous system adverse effects occur. Dose reduction may be needed in severe hepatic impairment. |
