Condition: after disease progression on or intolerance to imatinib mesylate
Dose: Tablet – 50 mg
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 4 weeks, then 2 weeks drug-free, repeat cycle
Note: Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
Indication: Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma
