Adult Dose

Indication: Nausea and vomiting

Dose: Oral – 25 mg
Frequency: at night
Note: May be increased to 50 or 75 mg at night or to 25 mg twice daily or three times daily, if needed. Maximum: 100 mg daily.
Indication: Prophylaxis of motion sickness
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 25 mg
Frequency: at night or 1-2 hours before travelling

Child Dose

Dose: Oral – 12.5-37.5 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: as teoclate

Note: as teoclate; starting either on the night before long journeys or 1-2 hours before short journeys
