Adult Dose

Indication: Skin fungal infections
Age: Adult
Dose: Cream – 0.25%
Frequency: once daily
Duration: at least 2-3 weeks (up to 6 weeks for foot infections)
Note: Continue for 3-5 days after cure is attained.
Indication: Nail fungal infections
Age: Adult
Dose: Lacquer – 5%
Frequency: 1-2 times weekly
Duration: Approximately 6 months (fingernail) or 9-12 months (toenail)
Note: Paint onto the affected nail after filing and cleansing. Continue until nail has regenerated and the affected areas are cured.

Child Dose

Indication: Vitamin D deficiency
Age: Infants and children
Dose: Oral solution – 1 drop (400 international units)
Frequency: once daily
Indication: Vitamin D deficiency
Age: Children 6 years of age and older
Dose: Wafer – 14,000 international units
Frequency: once weekly
Duration: 6 weeks
Note: The chewable wafer must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow the wafer whole.
