Adult Dose

Indication: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema
Dose: Inhalations – 2 puffs
Frequency: twice daily (morning and evening)
Note: Do not exceed 2 inhalations twice daily
Condition: Hepatic impairment
Dose: Inhalations – Not specified
Note: Studies not conducted. Since formoterol fumarate is predominantly cleared by hepatic metabolism, impairment may lead to plasma formoterol accumulation; monitor closely

Age: 12 years of age and older
Dose: Oral inhalation – 160 mcg budesonide, 18 mcg glycopyrrolate, and 4.8 mcg formoterol fumarate per inhalation (total dose budesonide 320 mcg, glycopyrrolate 36 mcg, and formoterol 9.6 mcg)
Frequency: Two inhalations twice daily
