Adult Dose

Indication: Recurrent ovarian cancer
Age: Adult
Condition: Complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy
Dose: Oral – 300 mg
Frequency: twice daily
Note: Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
Indication: First-line maintenance treatment for advanced ovarian cancer (monotherapy)
Age: Adult
Condition: Deleterious or suspected deleterious somatic or germline BRCA-mutated (gBRCAm) cancer and complete or partial response to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy
Dose: Oral – 300 mg
Frequency: twice daily
Duration: Completion of 2 years of treatment
Note: Continue until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or completion of 2 years. Patients with complete response (no radiologic evidence): Stop treatment. Patients with evidence of disease and may benefit from continuous treatment: Treat beyond 2 years.
