Adult Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS)
Age: 2 years or older
Dose: by mouth – Initiate at 5 mg
Frequency: every 12 hours
Note: May titrate as tolerated up to 40 mg/day divided every 12 hours. Dose escalation should not proceed more rapidly than once weekly.

Child Dose

Indication: Lennox-Gastaut syndrome
Age: 2 years or older
Dose: Oral – 5 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Starting dose; titrate as tolerated up to 20 mg by mouth daily; after 7 days, may increase to 5 mg by mouth twice daily; if needed, may increase to 10 mg by mouth twice daily after an additional 7 days
Indication: Lennox-Gastaut syndrome
Age: 2 years or older
Dose: Oral – 5 mg
