Adult Dose

Child Dose

Dose: Oral – 4 mg/kg

Note: Maximum: 300 mg/day
Indication: Chronic hepatitis B
Age: greater than 2 years
Dose: Oral – 3 mg/kg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Maximum: 100 mg/day

Renal Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: HIV infection
Condition: Renal impairment (Creatinine Clearance 30-49 ml/min)
Dose: Oral – 1st dose 150 mg, then 150 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Dialysis patients: Not recommended.
Indication: HIV infection
Condition: Renal impairment (Creatinine Clearance 15-29 ml/min)
Dose: Oral – 1st dose 150 mg, then 100 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Dialysis patients: Not recommended.
