Indication: Uncomplicated premature labour

Condition: Starting oral therapy 30-60 minutes before termination of intravenous infusion
Dose: Oral – 10 mg
Frequency: every 2 hours
Duration: for 24 hours
Note: Maximum oral dose 120 mg daily
